User-Generated Content Policy of Studio24

Please read this User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy carefully before posting any content on our Website or via our App. Any published UGC will be visible on both the Website and the App. By registering, you accept and agree to comply with this Policy, along with our other Terms and Policies. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Policies and the agreement you enter into with us upon registration on the Website or in the App. It applies to all your UGC, including your reviews about our Partners or other business users. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in our Terms and Policies.

  1. Your UGC


    All content you publish on our Website or through our App via your Account — including, but not limited to, ratings of services provided at venues (such as beauty salons, hair salons, skincare studios, massage studios, etc.) of our Partners, reviews, any information and materials included in your reviews, as well as any other content submitted by you for public posting on the Website and App — will be referred to as your “UGC”.
  2. Rights to UGC

    1. By publishing UGC via your Account, you grant Studio24 permission to use, reproduce, and display your UGC on our Website and App without restrictions and worldwide.
    2. You confirm that you are the original author of all UGC you post.
  3. UGC Requirements

    1. UGC, especially reviews, is a great way to share honest experiences about venues, Partners, or other business users — without the marketing filter. Below are our requirements to ensure your feedback is helpful and contributes to a high-quality platform. If your UGC doesn't meet any of the requirements listed below, it may be restricted or removed from the Website and App.
    2. You agree that your UGC will not:
      1. violate the rights of any individual or organization;
      2. contain offensive or defamatory material about anyone;
      3. include misleading or deceptive claims, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation;
      4. breach any legal or contractual obligations;
      5. promote or support discrimination based on race, gender, religion or belief, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, origin, education, beliefs, political affiliation, personal or social status, marital status, financial status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law;
      6. contain harmful code such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other potentially malicious software or material;
      7. violate applicable laws or our Terms and Policies in any way.
    3. You confirm that your UGC is truthful and factually accurate.
    4. Do not post UGC (including reviews) that:
      1. does not comply with the content rules outlined in this Policy;
      2. is obscene, offensive, or violates public decency and good manners;
      3. is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, or distress someone (including trolling or cyberbullying);
      4. is threatening, abusive, or invades someone’s privacy;
      5. is sexually explicit;
      6. promotes, glorifies, or depicts violence;
      7. promotes or assists in illegal activities in any form;
      8. may be interpreted as advertising, promotional content, unsolicited commercial messaging, or spam (e.g., chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other solicitation tactics);
      9. creates the impression that it is endorsed by Studio24 unless explicitly agreed upon.
    5. Be specific. Whatever you share could be useful to someone else. Share your full experience — whether positive or negative — with as many details as possible. Reviews must be submitted within 10 days of your completed booking, so don’t miss your chance to share your opinion!
    6. Be constructive. If you had a negative experience, explain why. Clear and specific feedback is not only more helpful to others but also more likely to be taken seriously by the Partner or business user.
    7. Your UGC, such as a review, should be clear and relevant to the service or experience you're reviewing.
    8. Use proper language. Your review is your voice — make sure it is clear, descriptive, and free of spelling errors. If needed, we may correct spelling or grammar or ask you to revise your review.
    9. Stick to the facts. Only share experiences based on your personal visit. Do not include assumptions or claims you cannot verify. For example, if you're unhappy with a service, but unsure about the provider’s qualifications, avoid stating that they are unqualified without proof.
    10. Your review and rating should reflect your own experience. Do not post reviews on behalf of others — they can share their own feedback.
    11. This is not a platform for threats, personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory comments. Always remain respectful.
    12. No offensive language. Avoid profanity, vulgar comments, sexually explicit language, or inappropriate remarks.
    13. Don’t use ALL CAPS. If we notice overuse of capital letters, we may change them to lowercase.
    14. No spam. Any promotional links, HTML, phone numbers, or email addresses will be removed. Content that’s off-topic or used to seek personal or financial gain is not allowed. Mass messages or unsolicited promotions are strictly forbidden.
    15. No reviews from affiliated individuals. Business owners, partners, employees, or close relatives of a venue/Partner/other business user may not post reviews about them.
    16. No reviews from competitors. Individuals connected to competing businesses in the same area cannot leave reviews about their competitors.
    17. We actively work to prevent fake reviews. If we detect false UGC, it will be removed immediately and we may take further action under our agreements or applicable law.
    18. Be cautious about the personal information you share in publicly visible areas of the Website and App. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
    19. Serious allegations. If you believe a Partner or venue is involved in serious legal violations or criminal activity, please email us at info@studio24.bg so we can act quickly. Reviews containing such allegations will be removed, and we may contact you for further clarification. In these cases, you are also encouraged to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
  4. Reporting UGC


    If you come across UGC that contains illegal content or otherwise violates our Terms and Policies, please report it to info@studio24.bg. While we work to identify and remove inappropriate content, your help in flagging violations is appreciated. Reported UGC may be temporarily disabled while we review it.
  5. Consequences of violations

    1. We reserve the right at any time to:
      • refuse to publish your UGC;
      • temporarily block access to your UGC;
      • require you to revise your UGC (e.g., a review) to ensure it meets our standards; or
      • remove your UGC partially or entirely, without notice, if it violates this Policy, our Terms and Policies, applicable law, or contains unlawful or inappropriate content.
        We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such actions.
    2. As per our Terms and Policies, we may also temporarily suspend or permanently disable your Account and terminate our agreement with you if you repeatedly or seriously breach this Policy.
    3. If your actions cause us harm or losses due to non-compliance with this Policy, you will be held liable under applicable law.
