Booking Terms and Conditions
The official binding version of this document is in Bulgarian language and is available here. This English version is provided solely for convenience and does not guarantee an exact translation of the original. In case of discrepancies, the Bulgarian text shall prevail.

This is a summary of our Booking Terms and Conditions. It does not replace reading the full version below.
- The Studio24.bg website and app (collectively referred to as “Studio24.bg”) are owned and operated by Beauty Partners Ltd. (“Beauty Partners”), UIC 205564537, registered address: 51 James Bourchier Blvd., floor 16, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria.
- The services you can book via Studio24.bg are offered and delivered by our Partners, not by us. We are responsible only for displaying your Booking in the Partner’s online booking calendar, which is managed through their Business Profile on our platform.
- We are not a party to the agreement for the Services provided at the locations. We are not liable for the quality of Services you receive. However, if you encounter any issues or the Service does not meet your expectations, please let us know.
- Please review all details and any restrictions related to a Service before confirming your Booking.
- Make sure to share any relevant medical or personal information (e.g., health conditions) with the Service Provider before the appointment begins.
- If you wish to cancel a Booking made through Studio24.bg (and if cancellation is allowed under these Booking Terms and Conditions), you can do so via one of the following options:
- By using your Studio24.bg account;
- By following the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received from us;
- By contacting the Partner directly.
- You may cancel a Booking as long as it does not start within the next 24 hours. If your appointment is within 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed, but you may request a one-time rescheduling by contacting the Partner directly and agreeing on a new time. Once rescheduled under these conditions, the Booking cannot be further changed or cancelled. Please note that in some cases outlined in these Terms, cancellations may lead to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.

Booking Terms and Conditions (Full Version)
Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking through our Website or App. By registering, you agree to these terms, as well as our other Terms and Policies, and commit to following them. You will also receive a copy of these terms via email upon registration. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform to make bookings. These Booking Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement you enter into with us upon registration and apply in conjunction with all other Terms and Policies.

Defined Terms
The following terms have the meanings given below in these Booking Terms and Conditions:
- “Account” means your user profile created upon registration on the Website or in the App.
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to you as the person booking Services; “Client” may also refer to another individual for whom you are making a booking from your Account.
- “Partner(s)” means our selected third-party service providers offering Services at their locations (e.g., beauty salons, hair salons, beauty studios, massage studios, etc.), available for booking through our Website and App.
- “App” refers to the Studio24.bg mobile application, available for download from Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, or other app marketplaces.
- “Booking” refers to a scheduled date and time for a specific Service at a particular location, whether made via the Website or App.
- “Website” means the website located at https://studio24.bg.
- “Services” means the services offered at a Partner’s location and made available for booking through the Website or App. These typically include hair, beauty, and similar services. Services are delivered either by the Partner or other authorized service providers working within the Partner’s location (e.g., professionals or staff members).

Relationship between you, us, and third-party Partners
- The Studio24.bg Website and App (collectively referred to as “Studio24.bg”) are owned and operated by Beauty Partners Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 205564537, with its registered office at 51 James Bourchier Blvd., floor 16, Sofia (“Beauty Partners”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
- The core service we (Beauty Partners) provide through the Website and App is a centralized platform for real-time appointment bookings, in accordance with our Terms and Policies, for Services offered at our Partners’ locations as listed on the platform.
- All Services available for booking on the Website and App are offered by the respective Partners and are delivered at their locations. We are not a party to the service agreement between you and the Partner, and we are not responsible for the lawful, timely, safe, or quality delivery of the Services. That responsibility lies entirely with the Partner or the respective business users working at their location.
- We may contact you (via email or phone) to collect feedback or information about your Bookings, and you agree to provide accurate responses within three business days. If we do not receive the required information, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently deactivate your Account and terminate our agreement with you. We may ask you for the following:
- Confirmation whether you attended your booked appointment;
- Details about any issues related to your Booking, the location, the Partner, or other service providers;
- The price charged for the services delivered and the amount paid;
- How you found out about the Partner or location.
This information helps us maintain a high-quality experience for all platform users, ensure transparency, work only with trusted Partners, and fulfill our reporting obligations.

Bookings
- The booking process allows you to review and correct any errors in the information you’ve entered in the booking form before confirming your Booking by clicking the confirmation button. Please take a moment to review your booking details at each step before final confirmation. Any corrections can be made using the features of the Website or App.
- Each Partner and service provider using the platform is required to manage their online calendar via our platform. This allows the system to check availability and confirm Bookings in real time. Once you confirm your Booking, it is instantly synchronized with the Partner’s calendar. Your Booking is considered confirmed when:
- The Website or App displays a confirmation screen, or
- You receive a confirmation email from us.
- You may have up to three (3) active Bookings at different locations simultaneously. To book a new appointment after reaching this limit, you must first complete or cancel at least one of your existing Bookings.
- It is not allowed to book the same (or very similar) Service at multiple locations from the same Account if the appointment times are less than five days apart.
- Beauty Partners is not responsible if a Booking is cancelled by the Partner or service provider and cannot be held liable for any losses or missed opportunities as a result.
- If your Account is temporarily suspended or permanently deactivated, your existing confirmed Bookings remain valid. If you choose to delete your Account and terminate your agreement with us, please make sure to cancel any upcoming Bookings you no longer wish to use. Note that if your Account is blocked or deleted, we may inform the relevant Partners or service providers (where you have active Bookings) about this and the reason for it (e.g., voluntary account termination, suspension due to false information, violation of our Terms and Policies, etc.). Partners or providers may then decide to cancel your existing Bookings.
- The start time of your Booking is the latest time by which you are expected to arrive at the Partner’s location.

Services by Partners and other service providers
- Our Partners and associated service providers are required to list only those Services for booking on our Website and App that comply with their agreement with us and all applicable laws and regulations.
- We require our Partners and service providers to ensure that all information they provide for publishing on the Website or App about their Services and locations is accurate, complete, and not misleading. However, we do not independently verify this information. Each Partner and service provider is solely responsible for keeping the listed Services accurate and up to date and for informing us in advance of any changes regarding the type, scope, price, or other aspects of the Services they offer.
- Beauty Partners is not responsible for whether a location has the proper equipment or qualified professionals to deliver the Services, nor whether the service providers meet the required qualifications by law. We are not liable if a Partner delivers a Service that legally requires a certified specialist or specific conditions/equipment, but the Partner or service provider lacks them.
- We make every reasonable effort to avoid working with Partners who operate unlawfully and to prevent bookings for Services that violate the law. However, we are not responsible for any unlawful Services or activities carried out by Partners or other service providers unless we are aware of such violations or have been officially notified by the relevant authorities. If you come across such cases, please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action to maintain the reliability and safety of our platform.
- You (or the person receiving the Service) are fully responsible for informing the Partner and/or service provider about any medical conditions or special needs that could affect or be affected by the Service (e.g., allergies, health issues). If you do not disclose this information, neither Beauty Partners nor the Partner or provider can be held responsible for any harm or consequences that could have reasonably been avoided with prior disclosure.
- It is your responsibility to carefully review all details and restrictions related to a Service before booking it.

Booking cancellations
- If you change your mind about a Booking, you have the right to cancel it via the Website or App up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If your Booking is within the next 24 hours, please contact the Partner or service provider directly to cancel.
- You can cancel a Booking using one of the following methods:
- By logging into your Account;
- By clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received from us;
- By contacting the Partner or service provider directly.
- Your Account may be temporarily blocked or marked for suspension in the following cases. To prevent this or to restore access, please contact us. At our discretion, we may decide to prevent or reverse a block. Blocking may occur if:
- You cancel Bookings outside the permitted time frame defined in these Terms;
- You cancel two or more Bookings consecutively, even within the allowed time frame;
- A Partner informs us that you failed to attend a confirmed appointment without canceling it in advance;
- We or the Partner you’ve booked with are unable to reach you.

Handling issues with a Partner or service provider
- We care about your experience and aim to maintain the highest standards. If you’d like to submit a complaint regarding one of our Partners, service providers, or the Services they provide, please:
- Speak directly with the Partner or provider to try to resolve the issue;
- Leave an honest review on the Website or via the App describing your experience;
- Contact us by email at info@studio24.bg.
- Once we receive your complaint, we may contact the Partner or service provider in an attempt to resolve the issue. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not obligated to mediate disputes or take specific actions against the Partner or provider.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue after contacting the Partner or provider, and we find your complaint to be justified based on the circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer compensation to your Account in the form of a discount that can be used for future Bookings.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE TAKE ALL COMPLAINTS REGARDING OUR PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS VERY SERIOUSLY AND WILL ALWAYS TRY TO HELP, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE SERVICE(S) PROVIDED AT THE LOCATIONS. ANY COMPENSATION WE MAY OFFER IS VOLUNTARY AND PROVIDED ONLY AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL TO SUPPORT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ON OUR PLATFORM.
- Please note the following limitations regarding any issued compensation:
- Some Partners may not accept compensation discounts. You’ll know this if the Website or App doesn’t show the discount option during the confirmation step;
- In most cases, compensation can only be used at locations you haven’t previously visited or booked through the platform. If you use the compensation at a previously visited location, Beauty Partners reserves the right to cancel your Booking and/or revoke the compensation;
- If you cancel a Booking made using compensation, the discount will not be reissued;
- There is no cash alternative – compensation from Beauty Partners is strictly in the form of a discount usable only through your Account on future Bookings.
- We care about your experience and aim to maintain the highest standards. If you’d like to submit a complaint regarding one of our Partners, service providers, or the Services they provide, please:

Pricing and payments
- Our Partners and service providers are contractually obligated to keep their pricing and applicable fees accurate and up to date on the Website and App. However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If the correct price of a Service at the time of your Booking is higher than what was shown, we (or the Partner/service provider) will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. Otherwise, the Booking will be canceled. If you notice any pricing mismatch during your visit, please let us know.
- All Services booked through the Website or App are paid directly to the Partner. Typically, payment is made on-site after the Service is provided, although the Partner may offer other payment methods in some cases. The Partner is fully responsible for accounting your payment, issuing receipts or invoices, and complying with all applicable tax and accounting regulations.

Changes to Terms and Policies
- We may update our Terms and Policies, including these Booking Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Terms of Use of the Studio24.bg Website and App.
- Changes to our Terms and Policies will not affect any Bookings made before those changes take effect. When you make a Booking through the Website or App, the Terms and Policies that apply are those in effect at the time of your Booking, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the updated version.

- These Booking Terms and Conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Policies and the agreement you enter into with us upon registering on the Website or App. They apply together with all other applicable Terms and Policies.
