X Body Energy is a studio offering an innovative, enjoyable, and highly effective approach to fitness and rehabilitation. Our workouts are tailored specifically to each individual, with a certified personal trainer ensuring maximum efficiency and tracking your progress. Thanks to the cutting-edge method of training with electrical muscle stimulation, our sessions are short, easy, and effective. Each workout lasts 20 minutes, involving light physical exercises with minimal weights, which automatically reduces joint wear, stiffness, and cramps.

Electrical muscle stimulation is ideal for achieving the perfect physique as well as for rehabilitation. Our professional trainers will assist you in overcoming pain from old injuries. The only equipment you need to bring is clean shoes. We provide our clients with freshly laundered, disinfected, and scented gear along with an X Body suit.

Please note that electrical muscle stimulation workouts are not suitable for individuals with metal implants or severe diabetes.
