Policy on lateness, cancellations, and no-shows:

Grace period: We allow up to a 10-minute delay. Arrivals beyond that may result in a shortened service.

Missed appointment: If we’re unable to accommodate you due to late arrival, the appointment is considered missed and a 50% charge of the service value applies.

Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.

No-shows: If you don’t notify us in advance, the full amount of the missed service is due at your next visit.
