Policy on late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows:

Grace period: We allow up to 10 minutes. Arriving later may shorten your service.

Missed appointment: If we’re unable to accommodate you due to lateness, the appointment is considered missed and a 50% fee applies.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees.

No-shows: If you don’t show up without prior notice, the full cost of the missed appointment will be due at your next visit.
