About George Therapy

My name is Georgi Penchov, a master kinesiotherapist with extensive hands-on experience in rehabilitation, sports therapy, and post-injury recovery.

I work with clients experiencing lower back, neck, and back pain; joint and muscle issues; sports injuries; disc herniations; as well as patients in pre- and postoperative phases. I support both active athletes and people with demanding daily routines, office work, and posture-related chronic pain linked to a sedentary lifestyle.

My professional path includes work with Bulgaria’s national taekwondo team, the national women’s wrestling team, ITF international tennis tournaments, and sports rehabilitation for both professional and amateur athletes.

In my practice I use modern, evidence-based methods including functional assessment, kinesitherapy, manual techniques, the McKenzie Method, Clinical Neurodynamics, Cyriax, kinesio taping, ERGON, RockPods, RockFloss, myofascial release, and personalized recovery programs.

For me, it’s not just about relieving pain—it’s about finding the root cause and building a long-term solution. I believe effective therapy starts with the right assessment, trust, and a truly individualized approach.
