With precision, attention to detail and high‑quality products, we keep your hands and feet looking beautiful and well‑groomed — because true elegance starts with the details.

Late arrivals, cancellations and no‑shows policy

Grace period: We allow a 10–15 minute delay. If you arrive later, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

Missed appointment: If we’re unable to accommodate you due to a late arrival, the appointment is considered missed and a 50% fee applies.

Cancellations: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid additional charges.

No‑shows: A 50% fee for the missed appointment is due at your next visit if you don’t notify us in advance.

Thank you for understanding — a no‑show means we lose the opportunity to serve another client.
